At Lusana, we are happy to offer a refund on items purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Any damage or product defect must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order, outlining the Reason for the return.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning an item to us by post. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We can also accept Returns in store. If you are returning an item for a refund, please note that your refund will be processed through our online payment system. Refunds are not issued in store for items purchased online.
Once your returned items are received and checked, we will endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible. This can take a number of working days depending on your original method of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn, or tampered with in any way.
Shipping costs are not refunded in the case of an item being returned to us (shipping costs apply to UK and Northern Ireland deliveries only).
Occasionally a customer may change their mind after placing an order and may wish to cancel the order. In this instance, we are happy to cancel the order if it hasn't already been dispatched but the customer will incur an administration free of €10.00 to cover the administration costs of processing the transaction.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
