Shipping policy

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to availability. Please note that during promotions or at Sale time, order dispatch may take longer. Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Please note delivery timeframes are guidelines and delivery may take longer during peak times.

Orders are not dispatched at the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

Delivery charges are non-refundable when an item is returned as unsuitable.
